I think I will try it. I did notice a difference in the head RPM and she has positive pitch right off the bat when I first start to spool up.............I put the CNC swash on it, perhaps it put an overall positive pitch to the head.

Nice job! One thing you can do to improve pervformance is to adjust the blades a little to the negative pitch. This will give you more head speed and it will be more stable. It sounds like its running slower than mine.
