Here we have Ross Pearson and Andrew Fisher going through a quad band complex as a warm up. The routine consists of rows, alternate rows, reverse flyes, presses, alternate presses, chest flyes, anti rotations. This is a great way to get in some mobility work to warm up and some oft-neglected posterior shoulder work too. This can be done as a metabolic circuit too...

  • @videomike219 They're already together Mike - called "Quad Bands" from the stengthcompany.co.uk. They're a great bit of kit!!!

  • Resistance bands are sick! what do you use to tie them together? and where do you get those other bands t hat you use for the push ups? can u order them online somewhere?
