I worked with these guys.. we weren't 'unhappy', just tired. 10 hour days, sleeping with little comfort, performing for rednecks with low IQs... exhausting. :-)

Poor peoplez, I've been to that ''freak show'' tent and they seemed real unhappy. I think they're really cool though most of the people there thought they were freaks of nature or something. Though there was a lady who I think was a ''amazon'' there. She was REALLY tall and they was holding like...a thousand snakes. o-o The snakes were adorable. :U

I worked on that show this year. The Presenter's or "Outside Talker's" name is Ward Hall,77, who has been in the sideshow business since he was 14.
"Yappering" or the actual term "Talking" is his job, it draws people in and makes them want to see the show.
The little man's name is Pete, he is also 77 and has been with Ward Hall, on the same show for the past 40 years.
