Christine Lanois Canadian National Figure Athlete

I woke up this am at 123.2 pounds........On May 16th woke up @ 123.8 pounds. Had a cheat day that day........all day...Yummy!!! The next day I was approx 128 pounds.....and now I am down to 123.2 .........glutes and hamstrings coming...........YES.....4.5 wks to my 1st show of 2008.......very excited.......thanks for all the support........Location: Mississauga, Ontario - Fitness Fanatix
