@2Nyce4dagame its actually not. but street racing, accessive acceleration and about 40 other violations are all classified under "reckless driving"... same amount of points, classification is all that matters, but judge see's 'street racing' and can set your fine higher then a normal reckless driving ticket if they want.. .ALWAYS CONTEST TICKETS LIKE THIS.. no video proof = no ticket, cops rarely show when u contest, so they get dropped.

@Brendon00000 Sudden or excessive acceleration is considered reckless endangerment/driving. Acceleration from 40-65 on an on ramp is not a CRIME.

@Brendon00000 On the track. On the street you will get your car seized for racing. If you go 0-60KM in TWO seconds in front of any cop they will take you to jail.

@Brendon00000 wrong. Sudden acceleration can cause loss of control of a vehicle. This includes it into reckless driving, regardless if it results in a burnout.
