These are not the lyrics this is someone's poor interpretation of what they think they hear. It's "make an angel loose his wings" you moron not make an inch of losers wings. You butchered this you bonehead. Don't tell me any different I just looked up the sheet music after I read this tragedy.

Robin Trower put on one of the best concerts I've ever seen. He kicks ass!

On this album, Robin's solos had a different phrasing. It was like he was copying the phrasing of backwards guitar but playing it forwards. Guitar players will know what I mean. Beauty! Thanks for posting.

You cannot understand the power of this song unless you've actually played the guitar part in a band , A good band , It will rip your guts out , This song use to bring the house down every time we played it.

I agree with your vid description Z. This is one of my all time favorite songs ever. In the car, at home, at a party, anywhere, it just ROCKS (especially at high dB levels). Trower had never generally gotten his due unfortunately I find. But people that know him, love him!

Thanks for these beautiful lyrics, James Dewar.. what can be said about him, nothing but great things, we miss him and will always love his great voice. I'm sitting here with my 10 year old girl listening and singing to one of her favorite Trower songs and she just loves Dewar's voice...Cheers !!!
