I probably have about 6 months into it at about 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. But it is a never ending project. I am always tweaking things. Last major effort was a complete redesign and rebuild of the suspension - FROM SCRATCH. I lengthened the rear springs from 52" to 64" plus from 3/8" thick leafs to 7/16" thick leafs. Front went from 1/4" leafs to 7/16" thick leafs. Eye bolts went from 3/4" dia to 1" dia. Shackles went from 1/4" thick to 1/2" thick.

Thanks. Are you building anything of your own? The most important thing is the frame. 3x8x1/4 inch rectangular tubing. I have drawings if you want to build one!
