  • @TheSUBGAMER Yes, you can see them flex and strain to stabilize his body as he lifts, this is not a workout that isolates them though. I would suggest doing shrugs with dumbells or a hex bar. watch?v=H5u1G0FpBoU

  • @stoyashot Yeah sorry should have read your comment better. Gymnasts use leverage to make the exercises harder, which is why they get hooodge. Standard pull-ups and push-ups should still get ya pretty big but yeah like ya said genetics if going to come into play a lot as with anything exercise related. If Ectomorph, just take roids and train like an Olympian :)

  • @TeamExploit Yeah well I see that now :P But to bad the old youtube (and it still lacks) in social correction through education (without getting trolled :P).

    But STILL I stand by my opinion that you wont get so big muscles by doing the same easy pull ups all day because when I look at people from my climbing hall all I see is these skinny as guys doing one armed pull ups :P. Or is this just how you are build?

  • @ZigZagRunner he looks good and has awesome form and strength, so idc how he got there whether it be weights, steroids or supplements.
