Chemtrails change the atmosphere into a plasma state ( ionized gas ). This plasma state facilitates the use of the HAARP-like systems. They re-direct the Jet Stream and the atmospheric vapor rivers ( as wide and deep as the Amazon River ).

Hi. I was convinced that something was killing the cloud formation,it was to obvious that all the Developing cold fronts & troughs were dying off at the Border & never eventuated to mainland Victoria. All lightning strikes stopped & rainfall Radars were showing depleating/stopping rains at the border with South Australia. About a year ago, I witnessed a plane leaving a trail behind. I did a Google search for cloud spraying-To my Shock,i found out it was possible to manipulate the Atmosphere.

They're pulling the same evil stunts here now too. Massive drought in my area on the west coast, while eastern Canada is getting month after month of non-stop rain.

It's obvious they've chosen some areas for drought and others for floods.

In either case, the effects of this manmade weather " modification " is devasting in terms of human suffering, crop failure, and the deliberate destruction of wildlife.

When i first investigated the lack of rain here in Victoria,Australia,i knew there was some sort of manipulation within the upper levels of our Atmosphere.I thought global warming had something to do with it,but the Radar Rainfall rates,satelite pictures & lightning tracker revealled repeated,non developing rainfall events every week..

Here in Uppsala, Sweden it is the same thing, I can see it almost everyday, but noone else seems to notice all these chemtrails and chemclouds!

That happened in Montreal this summer almost ever other day. Montreal is very humid in the summer so they are were able to create these huge cumulus clouds (I call them Atomic Bomb Clouds) because they expand at an incredible rate! Sometimes they actually absorbed most of the humidity in the air! In the morning it would be humid and by 2 it wouldn't be. That is impossible! I have some vids on my channel some time lapse that are quite revealing.

Since March, we've had 2 decent rainfalls here. My valley is normally arid, but NOTHING like this.

Anyway, both times that it did rain, the roads were covered with white powder that looked like lime. The white powder pooled up in the rainfall that was sluicing down the paved road. The centre line of my road is painted yellow but the chemtrail crap that the rain washed down turned the line white.

It was probably aluminum oxide.

Really unbelievable what's happening.

They did a great job of burning down BC this summer.Spent most of the summer on evacuation alert.

June is normally our rainest month here in my valley. I watched as the black, rain laden cumulus systems rolled in.

And then I watched in horror as they sprayed above and through these cumulus clouds. Before my very eyes, within a short period of time, I watched the cumulus clouds turn from black to a dirty white.

Not a single drop of rain !
