One day I was listening to this song and I realized the first verse fit Isabella's family perfectly! Then listening to the rest of the lyrics I realized that they fit Isabella. She was so broken down by life that I don't think she ever really learned how to love since she was so used to people hurting and betraying her. First Her parents, then her brother, her abusive husband and once she thought she had finally had happiness with Robin he wanted something different than her. It's so ironic that she ends up killing all those men in the end. Isabella's life is so sad, it's so so easy to hate her though. I hope you enjoy this video.

I didn't like Isabella but i can see why she ended up like she did. We don't know what Thornton did to her but it must have been pretty horrific ( for 17 years!) She must have learnt only to look out for herself. However, she was in part or fully responsible for the deaths of Allan, Guy and Robin so I still hate her for that!
