    Im watching your vid's and there great....

    I was wondering about two thing...

    The clamping you do..., is that just threaded MDF board? or are there nuts underneath..?

    Second thing is the cooling hoses, whats coming out off there? no water i suppose, so just air? does that do the trick?

  • Glad you like them. You are correct. This table top is just 3/4 MDF with 1/4 20 blind nuts underneath. The cooling hose you see is just blowing shop air. This setup was a first run. It actually got in the way of the clamps so in my newer videos you can see that I have remounted a single hose. It works fine removing chips and keeping the bits cool.
