a DJ doesn't make music, he only plays other people's songs. A producer makes songs, but also play other people's songs in live sets. I wouldn't call Deadmau5 a DJ.

@sly24k There are two types of DJ in my opinion, yes the first kind you speak of, the typical Disc Jockey for karaoke night and for dance clubs, but then you got the Real DJ, who go by the traditional title of DJ before thier name as a Doctor would have Dr. before his surname, Like DJ Icey, DJ Baby Anne, DJ Tiesto.... DJ can be looked at as the new "Composer" if you like, like Composer John Williams, or, in this case DJ Deadmou5....i get yah though =D
