@Rickyrab yes the miner's dance because as you can see that the movement from beginning to the end represent the movement of a miner dig the soil, throw the rock and push the carriage.. and it's so much fun to dance the Tanko bushi ondo..

I love this song! I grew up going to Bon Odori parties and this Tanko Bushi is part of my biography.Brazil also has great Bon odori parties.I LOVE IT.Can you tell me where I can buy this song?I don't even know how to look for it.

lol! You can get one good workout dancing this! I'm not good at this though. We learn this in middle school. PE.

you learned tanko bushi in PE?!? that is seriously awesome. i go to school in the suburbs of Chicago, and nothing like this would every come up in PE...then again, there's a minuscule Japanese population here. you're lucky
