If you've never heard it before, definitely buy a copy of the original. It is truly tremendous music-making.

Perfect and beautiful. And that's an understatement. This is my favorite song of Sufjan's and I think your cover may very well be just as good if not better than the original.

My only constructive criticism is that sometimes you whisper instead of sing. I guess it depends on what people personally enjoy, but I find whispering to convey emotion a bit of a cop-out. But wonderful piano/guitar!

ahh i really like your interpretation of this song, but i wish you had made it stronger where sufjan gets stronger because you can clearly hit the high notes ! but still beautiful!

If you've heard the orginal Sufjan Stevens version he sounds a lot like him, Sufjan's voice is perfectly imperfect and he did it justice, i adore this song so much.

So I like most of this guys covers and originals, but this one really didn't hit me like the other ones. Parts were out of tune and the high notes weren't supported very well.
