Face à l'inquiétante sécheresse qui frappe la Chine, des roquettes ont été lancées pour l'ensemencement des nuages afin de faire tomber la pluie. Depuis janvier, il est tombé deux fois moins d'eau qu'en moyenne ce qui provoque une pénurie d'électricité.
