This is AMAZING! Babies are taught to flip over and float if they fall into a pool fully clothed. This would save tons of lives.

This video is for a new survival course for infants and todlers from YMCA. These courses have saved babies from drowning all over Florida. Every infant should take a course like this, especially if you have a pool.

Get over your emotional whimpering.'the baby is in the pool too long, oh my its heart wrenching THE ONLY SAD THING IS A DEAD BABY.THE POINT OF THE VIDEO IS THE BABY COULD SURVIVE FOR FIVE MINUTES or more if it were to unfortunately fall in the pool while you weren't looking. This video sickened me slightly, but I feel that every baby should be taught this. Especially if you own a pool, or live near any sort of large body of water. Still, it sickened me.

SUCH a good video. I'm starting my 5 month old in swimming lessons for this EXACT reason. Both his grandmas have big, ungated pools and if anything ever happened, I'd hope he would know what to do!

Shame on all these ignorant people leaving bad comments, any child abuser wouldn't BOTHER teaching their baby to survive a fall into the pool.

@sama290 Why? the kid wasn't in danger, it didn't get hurt, it certainly didn't die. I don't see the problem, sure maybe it was distressed but don't babies get like that all the time anyway? There are worse things the parents can get away with doing to their kids.

@Parvotakkun he did not fall in he jumped in and swam 2 the top clearly he has had sum sort of practice he was not left in the pool 2 die his father was there the whole time one min hes fully clothed the next min he has on swim trunks this was done on purpose
