Mr 46 dodge; I really would rather not argue, because everyone has their opinion, and I'm sure you believe in your own personal taste! Like I said, I love Teena Marie, six or seven of her songs, get me cranked up and excited! But "wishing on a star", that is Rose Royces song! In my opinion!

Just my opinion, I heard both versions many times. This is Rose royces song, and I believe it will always be. Teena Marie still does a great job, but Rose just is so calm, and perfect, I give her the highest grade!
