Actually there is going to be a skate 3. Search for "Skate 3 Teaser" on youtube

this is just a fully animated rendition of the game. rob wasn't actually playing. it was just a 3d animation. like a cutscene from a game.

even though this is still the best skate game, it could be better.. a nose grind is so hard in real life and its just pushin up on the stick while drooling on yourself in this game. it looks nice (esp if you pop lower tricks and make it look more real), i just wish some of the tricks were more challenging to pull off/naturally realistic looking sometimes.

why couldnt the final version of the game look like that

Just after skate 2 released, Black Box had to let go of half of it's staff.
However, there will be a skate 3 and the first official trailer is on my channel
