Kaiser Permanente Plunders Patients' Piece of the Pie

Kaiser Permanente has colluded with the Rawlings Company to illegally coerce patients to disclose confidential information in order to track down accident victims to shake them down. The technical term is subrogation.

If you have received a letter from Kaiser or Rawlings, demanding accident information, you are at risk that their lawyers may steal money required to ease your suffering.

The Southern California Permanente Medical Group has a 10-year pattern and practice of covering up physician sexual molestation in S. Cal. The Medical Board of California's website posted recent Disciplinary Accusations against Dr. Andrew Golden's Orange County Kaiser Permanente colleague, Family Practice Dept. Chief, and San Diego Area Dir., Dr. Paul Bernstein's colleague, Kaiser’s Orange County Area Medical Dir. Dr. Golden says doctors' rights, not patients, need protection.

According to a 2002 report by the National Center for Victims of Crime, "Virtually any unwanted contact between two people that directly or indirectly communicates a threat or places the victim in fear can be considered stalking."

Although Kaiser may admit that your tests, treatments, surgery, drugs, and referrals, both in and out of plan, are “MEDICALLY NECESSARY,” denials based on “NOT MEDICALLY INDICATED” occur, because Kaiser doctors are unqualified, Kaiser hospitals/equipment are substandard, and Kaiser’s policy is not to show patients the money.

Kaiser Permanente invented drive-by delivery, denied kidney transplants to thousands, & paid clerks bonuses to deny appointments.

I received a subrogation letter from Rawlings this week after going to the emergency room for accidentally cutting my finger while cooking. Can Rawlings make me pay for this? What do I do with this letter?

@lamesburg Rawlings could try to coerce you into filing a claim with your homeowners insurance comany, if the accident occurred there. If you were cooking at another location, Rawlings could do the same thing. If you hire a lawyer out of your own pocket, they can plunder your settlement and leave you with nothing. You paid premiums for care and the con men want to collect twice. You have to read your contract with your health plan. Rely your contract and FIGHT RAWLINGS' SCAM!

Kaiser Permanente's top secret health care test and treatment denial reason is stated as "NOT MEDICALLY INDICATED." HINT: This doesn't mean that the test and treatment is "NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY!"

Kaiser's Appeals Committee refuses to answer this question. All managed care patients don't get knee/hip replacements, heart surgery, cancer therapy, and out of plan referrals, even if they are "MEDICALLY NECESSARY."

Interest concerns Dr. Sharon Levine’s appointment. PCORI’s Executive Director, Dr. Joe Selby, is also a Kaiser-Northern California doctor. Kaiser's CEO, George Halvorson, has improperly influenced the ACA to rig funding for Kaiser and health rationing initiatives.
