I worked on this film in locations and doing a stunt. Funny to see my butt in the air pulling that guy out of that burning building. Shouldn't I have gotten a sag card for that? Oh well....it was a Grand experience.

I know another under rated movie: Triangle

A REALLY good horror film... more psycho than brutal... intricate like M. Night Shyamalan's movies!

You definetely should check this out. :-)

Every role was played perfectly from "Pitt mackeson" to "Jack bull" especially "holt" which was my favorite character in the movie who played the most powerful role imo. This movie never gets old, very well made.

Read "Woe to Live On" by Daniel Woodrell, the novel this film is based on. It's a masterpiece!

Well said sir. Recently discovered documents in Britain also reveal that many of the free slaves that fled to the north were sold to the British, which puts an entirely different slant on Northern hypocrisy.

A great film that tells the true story of the Civil War or the "Second War of Indepenence" or "War of Northern Agression". History is always written by the victor. They teach kids Confederates fought for slavery, but non of that is the truth. If you actually read anything about it than you'll find out that the South fought for their rights against an opressive government and for their homes and families. The great Southern men who lost their lives should never be forgotten.
