In it is the 911 recording from SNOCOM, it was a hang up transfer from SNOPAC. At the end is the police report by Officer A. Dodds. You will notice that 911 operators refere to a female calling, and the officer report says a male approached them claiming he made the call. I've made comments on the report. Things don't match up.

  • Is this still under investigation?

Does the dialog and sound of breaking glass appear in the movie you were watching?

If so, what is the difference in time signature between the events.

How did the call end up requiring to be transferred?

    Where is the witness statement?

    Have you contacted an attorney?

  • @DeathofSpeech That's a lot of questions. They are investigating my complaint currently. I don't remember breaking glass in the movie. It was transferred because the call came in on a cell tower in a different city. There is no witness statement. I have not contacted an attorney looking at that today in fact. Point in fact, 911 operator as you can hear refers to a female caller, police report states a male approached them in the parking lot below my apartment stating he had made the call.

  • @ceakins1 It sounds like something did happen and now there is a woman who can't be reached or accounted for. Hell, maybe that 'witness' just killed his girlfriend and intercepted the cops or something. That there was a woman on the phone with an operator who was dropped, and a guy greeting the cops as soon as they showed up is creepy imo.

  • @Starry2000 I agree seems rather odd to me. But then again it was odd they were so laid back. If they thought I was a threat why didn't they search me and remove me from the home? Command Maklin told me the previous chief gave instructions to the officers to be super kind to people. Whatever that means. It's also odd they didn't go back after they found nothing to CYA.

  • @DeathofSpeech Right there I could destroy this witness on a stand. He basically told the police a lie, if in fact that is what he has stated. In a court of law however the police report amounts to hearsay since there's no witness statement.

  • It looks like they didn't even confirm that yours was the apartment in question. This is against your 4th ammendment rights and they should be held accountable. Far too many times, police departments have been allowed to operate this way under the excuse of public safety while violating human rights to privacy. The circumstances did not allow for a warrentless search here. You have them and you should get a lawyer.
