The training is always supervised by a personal instructor, who guides you through 6 different exercises using specially developed equipement. The resistance in each exercise is moved very slowly for 10 seconds each way, hence the name Concept 10 10.

    Local pastor? no!. This is Denmark, we don't focus on religion like US does. Pastors in Denmark ONLY do pastor work, never in medias. This guy was first in Denmark 40 years ago with excercise in gyms.

    I haven't tried his new thing and maschines, but I have tried doing weightlifting very slowly, and it's very hard. You should try something new every now and then. Evolution my friend, don't stop it ;-)
