I had the same comment as Vena309. I have ordered the DVDs and are arriving tomorrow. I want to know if you ordered and used the chin-up/pull-up bar.
I am 5'4" and am a little weary about not being able to reach the bar. I know it's a dumb question, but thought I'd ask. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Melissa, what do you use for the pull-up bar that is require for P90X? I'm going to try and convince my husband to order it for me but then I don't have a pull-up for this workout. Please advice?

I don't buy ANY junk food or alcohol. I always tell my hunnerzz that I don't want it around the house. But he always brings it home. Arrrrgggg hehee This has been going on for two years now and I cannot get the extra 20 pounds off. I have told him how I feel, but I am not a nag, so...He does not gain weight from any of it! Frustrating. Any tips? What did you tell your sweetie?

when it comes to nutrition i strongly recommend eating tons of fruits and veggies and when you get sweet craving take a bite of power bar or nonfat yogurt! apples are awesome they will fill you up and keep you full, i can go through more then 4 apples a day, apples have become my craving way over ice cream, chocolate, etc, it was hard at first but you learn to reach for them and not unhealthy stuff, also a handful of healthy cereal helps cravings.

Hey youre so sweet thanks for the tip the problem i have is i don't know how much of something to eat or in a day how much i consume. i only drink water no sugars and no carbs after 4 that is what i'm doing so far.
