wouldn't the wild mustard leaves be bitter after having flowered? Is there oxalic acid in sorrel seed? I use this same bag method for collecting seeds, it's also useful if you do gardening with plants in the mustard family like cabbage, broccoli, couliflower, etc. for the next years sewing. I also find that if there is a slight breeze or if you blow softly from the side as you drop the seed it helps speed up the winnowing process, there's always a few bits of stem and pod left behind though.

Hi Jack, nice vid on processing the seeds, and making/using the mortar! We have a wild mostardplant too (Sinapis arvensis) this is not the real mustardplant (sinapis alba) Do you know wich is the one you use??

PS I tried to get some bark of the lindentree but it is very hard (it is cut 2 month ago, should i wait or am i already too late??
So since you used your tent to make a boat, are you now living in your boat?

@sethzky77 i use my coricle as a shelter and a boat, a primitive "house boat" with multiple methods of use.
