Just paid my bill unfortunately. Will be canceling next month !!!!

I am so frustrated with this company. I would cancel on Monday but after reading some blogs. I am afraid that they may not refund my money. So now I'm stuck with it until next month.

I so identify with this vidio. I had accounts in two differenct cities for years. When I closed one the rep that I returned my equipment to calculated my refund. Comcast sent escelating bills each month for almost a year. I called each month. It has now been 2 years. Instead of paying me my $85 they now say I owe them $17; better than the $600 they billed at one point. I know I will never see the money they owe me. How much energy can you expend for $85...They they count on this.
