    Get adequate sleep too (8-9 hours); your body cannot function properly without it - your hormones will be out of whack.

    Read Robb Wolfs Paleo Solution...great book.

    But...I personally eat meats and veggies; grass fed beef as it is higher in Omega 3...lots of eggs and bacon too.

    Fruits are a bit tricky; given todays agriculture methods they are available anywhere on Earth and year round...this was NOT the case for paleolitic man.

    Some think that this is the reason our bodies store fat based on sugar intake - fruits are high in sugar and present in the spring/summer; signals the body to store fat for winter.

    I think it can be better stated as what it excludes.

    Watch Mat Lalonde's video...same conference, he explains at the beginning.

    Basically a diet that excludes grains, legumes and dairy...although he does put empasis on the fact that it is certainly case specific as some people have adapted to accept a certain extent of the grains, legumes and dairy.
