You ever get her running better? These things certainly smoke, but not that bad. Check the impeller and make sure your running a good tcw2-3 oil at 24:1,
as far as the idle goes. id say your carbs need a good one over, and check plugs checked :)

running on one cyl? my cd16 is and u need to run 25.1 ratio of oil to one gallon whic is 6 oz of oil a gallon of gas
