A1: Push Up (3 x 30 sec)
A2: Clean (3 x 30 sec each arm)
B1: Front Squat (3 x 30 sec)
B2: 2-Hand Swing (3 x 30 sec)
C1: Figure 8 to Hold (3 x 30 sec)
C2: Press (3 x 30 sec each arm)
D: Wall Sit (2 x Max)
E: Plank (2 x Max)
F: Interval Training (1 x 10 min)
Alternate Mountain Climbers & Jumping Jacks
