I bawled my eyes out when I saw this for the first time.
I was watching over the interwebs (Don't worry, I buy the Dcd's, TOO GOOD NOT TO.) And I paused it the moment Derek was dead and I was like.. WHAT THE HECK NOOOOOO.
I had to run and get my mother from the other room (Who is also a Huge Grey's fan and hadn't seen the episode yet either) And we both cried our eyes out and then kept watching and realized T'was a dream xD.
This was an amazing episode.
Amazing Scene.

truthfully, it doesn't "sound" like anything because you can't hear what she says to begin with. xD

OMG I'm so behind!
I didn't even know they were in season 5 already! I'm so bad!
So I was like heeeey Imma watch some grey's! And I saw Derek dies and I was like noooo! It's just a stupid fanvid about how everyone dies.. But I still watched it! And I cried! And I seriously screamed DEREK NOOO DON'T DIE!! OPEN YOUR EYES! out loud and cried so haaard..! Then.. I scrolled down.. "It's a dream of Meredith!"
Funny writers of Grey's.. Very funny..
