Funny here in CA, some day the air is covered with chem trails, other days nothing, bright and blue sky. No idea why that is. Maybe because the Rockefellers are in town? Or are they testing different methods? All I know is, we (this entire world) is in bad shape, and no one wants to see it. Well a few here and there. I think the best thing you can do is trust in yourself, be yourself, and stay connected in a spiritual way. There are a lot of awesome and good people around. Never forget that.

Do you say 'anyways' instead of 'anyway'? Are you a mouth-breather? Are you plagued by upper-respiratory allergies? It was a running joke in Latin class when people would do things like that. Have to buy the vid or go to workshop. The least expensive approach is by reading the book. That's how I learned. I went to a couple of workshops just to help my confidence but I learned it from the book.

Essentially all you do is breathe in and imagine energy coming from the earth up through your body to the crown of your head, then on the out breath you send that energy down your arms out your hands to the one in need of healing. More details in book of course. For its power, its a steal.:)
