What brand and model sound decoders are in those first GE units? The lead looks like a BLI? I love the horn and the sound.

They are indeed BLI AC600os with QSI Sound.

Are you from that area or do you just like to model that? I've always wanted to go out there to railfan....being from the east coast I model the hilly parts of western PA down towards GA.
