such beautiful women, beautiful dance, awesome music ^_^ sure ballet is refined but there is nothing more culturally rich than seeing indian dance!

I'm so glad they are doing a show like this, its so much fun to watch dances from other cultures, and of course, to see India represented for both South Indian and North Indian dances.

Also, her facial expressions were great!

this show got trounced in the ratings and in the court of public opinion, but I loved it! I wish they would do something like this every year....maybe even not as a competition but as a televised World Dance Summit or something.

Anyway, India was one of the teams I was rooting for and I'm glad Amrapali finished second in the soloist category (though I also liked that lady from Africa's team who did the dying swan routine).

@DomesticChainsaw , do you know the intericasies of indian classical dance ? ballet is wonderfull dance form too. But you should remember, much of indian dance forms are also related to ballet, but indian classical dances grew much complex over the period of time. Not sure what you meant by refined...

this was my fave show, but the judges were horrible and voted for their allies rather then those who deserved to win!!

I love both Amrapali and Mythili.. I wished both of them could have been in the finale.. I'm still shocked with Mythili elimination.. What the hack happened to the judges and how could they give high marks on the American dancer.. Both Indian dancers should be in the final.
