Obama Is An Illegal Alien

Phil J. Berg States his belief that Obama is an Illegal Alien, after Obama and the DNC now try to prevent the Federal Court from holding discovery hearings, looking into Obama's citizenship. It should be remembered that this is not a smear tactic by the Republican Party, as many Democrats would have us believe. This is a matter of Constitutional law. Obama not only has asked that the case be dismissed, but has now put up additional roadblocks to stop anyone from learning the truth about his place on birth. Why would anyone go through all this, rather than produce their Birth Certificate in a Federal Court? Berg suggests that Obama is an illegal alien. The facts of the case and Obama's own actions seem to tell us just that.

LOL He claims he would talk to terrorists, without precondition, but he hides behind legal road blocks, when he is asked for proof of where he was born. His whole life is a lie. The Democrats tell us he is so highly educated, yet all his school records are sealed, so no one can see what his grades really were. What a con job.

@Shaneg2112 ,That really doesn't matter, anyone born in Hawaii on or after April 30, 1900, is a citizen of the United States at birth. However, his father was a British subject, which would mean he also became a British Subject, the moment he was born. Persons holding dual citizenship at birth are not "natural born citizens". Persons born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty, are natural born citizens.
