She's Catalina.
She was CJs (the main character you play as in GTA san Andreas) ex-girlfriend and you need to do a couple of missions for her in san andreas, she then ditches CJ and goes out with Calude (the main character of GTA 3) and she basically used him to get money and then after she got the money, she wanted to get rid of his "boyfriend" who is Claude so she can have all the money without sharing it with Claude. A bit complicated :P
