I did get the Stealth Bonus (30% of final score is added). To get it, one must simply avoid all of the grey blocks. FOR ALL TEN MINUTES OF THE SONG. Also, if you're wondering how I'm able to get some of the blocks without touching them (and you don't have the game/don't know much about it), Mono Pro and his big brother Ninja Mono both have an ability where one can hold Mouse 1 (left click) and "spread the wings," which allows one to collect blocks in all three lanes.
