When conservatives attack gays, women, blacks, Hispanics, working people, the poor, the elderly, union members, teachers, Muslims, etc., they are not "turning the country against itself," they are attacking the bad people who need to be put down to "save the country."

But when Democrats want to impose a modest increase in taxes on the rich, they have turned against the whole nation and are "turning the nation against itself."

Conservatives are so annoying, and so stupid.

It's long past time to make the rich pay their fair share in taxes. If it will only generate a small amount of money, then it won't hurt them one bit. Geez. It's not just the revenue. It's an issue of basic fairness. Why the fuck should someone who earns 50k pay twice the tax rate on all of his or her earnings, but someone who earns a million dollars stops paying FICA at just above 100k, and if they earn their money in a different way, they pay a 15% rate?
