From our position, European Union is under attack, because Russia is attacking Estonia.
Bronze soldier issue and vandalism in Tallinn were Estonia's inner issues, but Russia's coordinated activity against Estonia is issue of whole EU. As the result of that, European Union's and Russia's relations are in very difficult situation.
Attacks against Estonia are currently virtual psychological and real.
In Tallinn and other cities of Estonia, before the rioting, Russian Embassy leaders met the prime organizers of riots in very bizarre places, like in Tallinn's Botanical Garden.
It has been identified by IP adresses that cyber-terrorists attacks against Estonian governments and President's agency's web pages, came from particular computers and persons in Russian government including Russian Federation President Administration. I have copy's of the IP addresses quotes where the attacks came against President's Agency's web page, if you are interested you can take a copy with you and read where the attacks came from.
On Thursday I will take a proposal to Government which kind of actions should EU make against Russia in Estonia's point of view. Those actions should have effect to Russia in a way that it would stop attacks and intervention to inner issues of Estonia and would start accomplishing the Vienna's Diplomatic Relations convention. Actions should touch European Union's and Russia's relations in full.
We think it is necessary that EU acts on Russia's behavior in maximal strength. It would mean canceling or not starting some conversations between EU and Russia. Severely should be weight to postpone the EU-Russia's summit.
If situation at the Estonian embassy in Moscow, Russia will not normalize for 9 AM tomorrow morning, Estonia will end providing all consular services, except providing consular help to Estonia's citizens until the situation normalizes.
