  • Tsujii plays this etude better than Kapustin himself.

He plays it with such romantisicsm, charming, and adequated phrasing, that makes this unique; mystic and beautiful sounds comming out from the instrument, without forgetting the esence of an etude.

5 stars for this true and sensitive genious.

  • 0:03 "Well, is this Chopin?"

    0:58 "No! That's Kapsutin."

I thought that when I heard this the first time.

  • I applaused too

  • amazing

  • What can I add to what the world has already been said? Nobu has been kissed by God. This is nearly beyond belief. He is my new inspiration for life, for living, for being.

  • contact me for kapustin sheets

  • the soul is not blind but him is

  • great piece, trying to learn it myself. Takes a lot of practice, especially the right hand to get the right voice, evenness, and main melodic tune on the pinky

  • Like Keith Jarrette.

    I love his pure sound.
