Milwaukee Police request the public's help to identify the suspect who robbed three men on July 31, 2010 at 11:30 p.m.
In the parking lot where this video was taken, the suspect approached three men who were in a vehicle and convinced them that he was stranded because of car trouble. The victims, being good Samaritans, allowed the suspect into their vehicle believing they would be taking him to his car. The suspect ordered the driver at gunpoint to drive to a bank at N. 60 St. and W. Lisbon Avenue. Once at the bank, the suspect forced all three victims to withdraw money from the ATM.
As can be seen in the video, the suspect is a black male, 20-25 years old with a stocky build. He was wearing a green t-shirt, denim shorts and a black skullcap.
Members of the community are encouraged to view the video and if anyone has information regarding this incident or any such crime, to please contact the Milwaukee Police Department Criminal Investigation Bureau at 414-935-7360.
