Same wackiness from the arcade, PSX and Saturn on the Wonderswan system
As a matter of fact, this video should clear things up now. Anyone who's seen the anime "Street Fighter Zero/Alpha The Movie" might recognize this game out of that one scene where Sakura was playing a Wonderswan system in her hospital bed.
was this console 8 or 16 bit sound?

Actually, I compared the emulated rom of Judgement Silversword, to this one official video I found of it online. I think the real issue is lousy sound emulation, due to little to no documentation on the Wonderswan hardware.
Also, beatmania actually had a sound issue with one of its songs on a specific difficulty. I seriously blame lousy emulation. Magical Drop Pocket, only hear drums, nothing else.
Also, some of these emulators haven't been updated since 2002, either. So there you go.

The strange thing was that I watched TWO dubs of Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation on SciFi AniMonday - the dub with the name "Gouki," and the one with the name "Akuma" replacing it.

This game looks really good considering it's almost ten years old.
