part 23-1 Louie escaped thx to his brute strength and then ran into the elf forest to lose the troops and then the elf girl helped him back to the city. In there he met Conrad who happened to try to get into the city and they got into the city by using magic(Louie uses blind magic and Conrad uses explosive spell). After that he said goodbye to Conrad and ran off leaving Conrad behind chased by the troops(that explains why he's kinda pissed in this part 2). That's all in part 1
