The superstition thing isn't just the chinese, all asians are like that. Both chinese and japanese building often don't have 4th floor, due to the fact that it means death. Both chinese and japanese will want nothing to do with the number 4, they bend they're lives avoiding the number 4. All asian families have a certain degree of superstition, mines mild we don't really care for it too much. Although we watch what we say as to avoid bad luck.

but northerners have that more masculine big boned look (both men and women). the chinese obesity ones usually come from the north. shanghainese are slender and oriental looking imo. northerners have the mongolian look even the small eyes lol

but in general, compare middle aged Chinese men and middle aged white men, majority Chinese ppl r not as fat as westerners
