not a spam, neither a virus, it helped me a lot. you have to install a program, application or whatever (VIRUS FREE!!!) and it checks your computer. you won't be able to run on recommended settings (neither can i, and i have better pc than yours ^^) but it should work. this site really helps.

@derpenstein domestic AC is 50hz, so lights turn off and on 50 times a second right, since we don't see them flicker (unless they're broken/breaking) surely the human brain perceives fewer than 50 fps? I concede I could be wrong, i was wondering if you could politely explain where this is false? And why games offer fps up to 75 etc... Thanks
