This is just aweful acting. Nobody would stand up and laugh after a kick like that. People would either stay on the ground or go for the killingblow on Mr. Carrot-top. Besides, look at how the foot hits the "victims". You can clearly see it doesen't hit them in the balls but rather in the thigh.
