Natasha Richardson Dead After Being Taken Off Life Support

Columnist Liz Smith reports Natasha Richardson was taken off life support Wednesday afternoon after suffering a severe head injury from a skiing accident. Family and friends hold vigil.

If Natasha was wearing her helmet and other protective gear, none of this would've ever happened. How tragic! I feel sorry for her husband and her kids having to go through all this.

I do not like the medical system in Quebec, especially the emergency. If you get into a hospital at Montreal, the moment you would know that you are invisible. You would see they keep you waiting many hours, for example, it has seven hours you have to take inside the hospital.
