KOL-ISRAEL radio recording of a live concert , August 1955 at Jerusalem's YMCA. One of the only recordings left of the legendary pianist Mordehay Simoni . Winner of the first Arthur Rubinstein Competition at the age of 22. After a tour of some of the world's major concert halls, including the Musikverein of Vienna, Brussels Conservatoire and Wigmore Hall (Jan 15th, 1962), Simoni stopped performing. He was 26 years old.
