only the bigger towns are liberal, most of the state which is mostly rural are conservative, I should know Im from a very conservative town near the Texas border in New Mexico.

I have to disagree with you on your observation that "New Mexico is full of wacky left wing liberal tards." My personal observation of the people that live here, if you want to look at this state in terms of political alliances, are mostly centrist to right wing, primarily rural and conservative. The major population areas such as Albuquerque and Santa Fe could possiblty be more "liberal" in political views, but I would say that is most likely true for any major metropolitan city.
