This is an omake from the soft yaoi manga called "Miwaku no Ringo" or "Enchanting Apple." It's entitled "Ringo's Feelings," and you should definently watch the series first. If you don't, the omake can be a huge spoiler for the seriers. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys!
