@SkyHiRider You can use the "Opt-in Off" button to disable the prompt at the user end. That will grant you access without needing to enter a code.

Is there a way to connect to a pc without the need to have the code read from the second pc by the user? It's good for security but when you need to manage a pc when there's no one in the office (midnight) then it's a problem.
Can you restrict the ip range from which the remote administrator can connect? If I know I have a static ip I can increase security by setting only this ip to the allowed range.
