@myspacecomrokam No, it is not actually related to Ska and only very remotely to Punk - "Humppa", is a traditional Finnish dance music, closely related to Polka. Think of them as something like "Musikantenstadl", just with a lot more "spirit of Rock'n'Roll" in it :-)

Those music styles aren't really related to each other. Humppa is originally a form of finnish folk music, and it has been developed from polka and foxtrot.

what's the difference between humppa, ska, rockstedy and punk?!

the roots aren't the same, don't they?!

if i just listen humppa, it sounds like a mixture of punk and ska to me!?
